Feature Characters

     They might hold the power of life and death over millions in the palm of their hands, or simply hold the ear of someone who does. Feature characters have the power to reward your average Known Worlder handsomely, or make his life a living hell. They are best approached, in many respects, like a tsunami: try to get out of its way, but if you have no choice, grab a surfboard and ride the wave.
